How much does a webcast
cost?
We have many options on how to handle a webcast. One
option is to webcast the event on
www.barrelhorseworld.com. If you advertise your
event on
www.barrelhorseworld.com, they will allow for
you to webcast using their servers and their bandwidth
to broadcast our stream.
The next option is to host the webcast on our
website
www.firstbarrel.com or
www.321actionvideo.com. We use a free service
from ustream.com that will embed ads on the feed.
Using our site, we can create a leader board and
include the online draw sheet for viewers to use.
The third option is to embed the feed from
ustream.com on your own site.
Do you have the ability
to show videos at the event?
We download the videos to a computer during big
rakes, and then allow the racers the chance to view
their run for $5.
How much do the videos
cost the racers?
Our videos are edited to simulate a sports highlight
clip. Then we have to ways to produce the final
video. The first way is to upload to YouTube. This
option starts at $15 for regular speed only, and $20
with a slow motion replay. The other option is to
produce the video on DVD. This option includes the
slow motion replay and cost $25 each run. We also
give multiple run discounts on video orders.
How can the racers order
their videos?
They can order their video at the event, or online
at
order online .
What about the sponsors?
We can include any event sponsors in the webcast
breaks, or on the webcast pages. If they have their
own video commercial, we can include in the roll to
show during breaks. This is a great way to solicit
for sponsors, and to give them another way to get
their name out to the public.
Are we available?
We book events up to a year out, and do usually book
up most weekends. So its best if you check our
calendar of schedule to make sure we can cover your
event.
