How to Save on Iphone

1 To download a video from 3-2-1 Action Video onto your iphone, first copy the link sent to you either by email or in the tracking information of the order, and paste into your browser (such as safari or google chrome). Dropbox will prompt you to download the app, just hit continue to the website at bottom of page. We don't recommend using the Vimeo or Dropbox apps unless you want to save the files in the apps.

2 Once you have the page open, look for down arrow in Vimeo or three dots in Dropbox, then Download then continue. If sent via Vimeo, you will be given a choice of file size you wish to download (the bigger the file, the higher the quality).

3 Then select save to device, then select save to files and I'll pull up location to save the file into. Make sure it doesn't say iCloud drive, if so select back select on my iPhone. You can create a video folder on your phone, or any other custom folder to save your video to. If you need to create a folder you can create one easily by selecting the three dots in the upper right hand corner and creating a new folder. Once you give your folder a name, you will hit save, and then hit save one more time to save that file and there it goes saved into that folder on your device.
