Can you text me my video/run?
Kind of! Standard texting and email have strict file size limits. To get around this, we typically upload your video to Google Drive or Vimeo and send you a secure download link.
💡 Recommendation: We highly recommend using WhatsApp, which allows us to send files up to 100MB—perfect for getting your full-quality video directly to your phone if it's under 60 seconds.
How long does it take to get my video?
- If you are currently at the event: It usually takes under 2 hours.
- If the event has ended: It can take up to 24 hours depending on our team's travel time.
